Electrobit aims to provide professional and reliable technical support for its products. Below you will find an overview of our technical support terms and conditions and the services we offer.

1. Free technical advice

We offer free technical advice for devices sold by Electrobit OÜ, exceptionally we also help with other devices.

2. Technical support hours

Technical support is available from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 17.00, on Fridays from 9.00 to 16.00.

3. Warranty diagnosis and repair

.

We offer warranty diagnostics and repairs for our products. If necessary, we use the manufacturer's technical support. Delivery of or access to the product under warranty must be arranged in advance, delivery to Electrobit office is preferred.

4. Back-up service (Back-Up)

We offer a paid back-up service for our suppliers' equipment, including:

  • Recovery and storage of program and parameters

  • The service will be provided on an hourly fee basis. The fee includes working time and travel time (return journey).

5. Exchange of old device for a new one

We offer the exchange of an old device for a new one (purchased from Electrobit) as a paid service. The price and conditions of the service will be agreed separately.

We offer a tuning and programming service. Price and conditions to be agreed.

7. Project-based consultancy

The Electrobit team offers a project-based consultation to find the most suitable hardware for your product range. Pextensive experience in the automation field can be of significant benefit to your projects.

8. Turnkey projects

Working together with our system integrators, we offer you a complete project solution or "turnkey" service. This includes planning, supplying and installing the equipment according to your needs.

9. Hourly rate

Unless otherwise agreed, the following hourly rate will apply to the services:
