Multipurpose inclinometers

Inclinometers (inclinometers) can be single or dual axis. A two-axis inclinometer can measure an angle up to ±80°, a one-axis inclinometer up to ±360°. Posital manufactures inclinometers with protection class IP69K.

Static inclinometers

Posital static inclinometers are equipped with a 2D MEMS acceleration sensor, achieving high accuracy (0.1° or 0.5°) with only a slow moving machine. The output of the static sensor is CANopen, current or voltage output, RS232, SSI, J1939, DeviceNet.

Dynamic inclinometers

Posital dynamic inclinometers are equipped with 3D MEMS accelerometer and 3D MEMS gyroscope. The initial rhythm of the inclinometer takes into account the signals from the accelerometer and the gyroscope, and the result of the calculation eliminates the effects of vibration, machine accelerations and shocks. Posital dynamic inclinometers have an accuracy of 0.3°. The output of the dynamic sensor is CANopen.
